GROUPON - Trip reservation form

On September 13th and 14th we sold a total of 571 round trips and a total of 140 one way trips for a grand total of 1282 future trips with over 700 NEW CUSTOMERS.  We have brought on additional chauffeurs and an additional sedan to accommodate these trips.  We can not provid free upgrades to SUV's to accommodate late flight arrivals, last minute cancelations by the airlines, and weather related issues causing airline and traffic delays that is causing over booking situations at times. 

On December 7th and 8th we sold a total of 189 round trips and a total of 33 one way trips for a grand total of 411 future trips.  The second Groupon is limited to DENVER, ARAPAHOE, and ADAMS County.  All other counties are subject to our normal increased vehicle rates and an additional fuel charge that must be paid on each leg of the trip.

Please fill out this form you will get a copy via email when you submit it to us.  We will enter your trip in and send a trip confirmation or feel free to call us for a verbal confirmation.  We will confirm all trips One to two days prior (24 to 48 hours).  Please feel free to call us at 1-855-741-LIMO to re-confirm you inbound flight information.  Any requests for service in the next 48 hours you MUST contact us directly at 303-741-LIMO for sedan availability.  If you are booking your sedan transportation within the next 24 hours there will be an additional fee of $10 per trip  to expedite your reservation or to take your reservation over the phone.  PLEASE MAKE YOUR CAR SERVICE RESERVATIONS AFTER YOUR HAVE BOOKED YOUR FLIGHTS TO ENSURE VEHICLE AVAILABILITY.  FEEL free to forward your flight information to NewTrip@741LIMO.com  We can accommodate up to SIX (6) outbound GROUPON trips per day and may have additional availability within 36 hours based on the weather conditions.

Effective 03/14/2012:
Expired Groupons from the 1st deal Sept 12 & 13 and the 2nd Deal in Dec;  We will accept the round trip groupon for a one way drop off at the airport plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90, this will still save you $22.00.  If you want to book a round trip with the expired Groupon we will charge you $20.00 per trip for a total of $40.00 (plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90) to honor the full value of the groupon that it was issued for.  If you have a One Way Groupon the reinstatement fee is $25.00 (plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90).  The groupon any also be used for a free hour in an eight passenger limo when booking four hours or more any day of the week.

ANY CHANGES TO TRIPS ONCE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL OR ON THE PHONE MUST BE CALLED IN at 303-741-LIMO.

FOR AIRPORT drop offs please enter the SCHEDULED flight departure time.  The Chauffeur will call your home number upto one hour prior to the scheduled pick up time.

FOR AIRPORT pickups please enter the SCHEDULED flight arrival time and the CITY you will be coming from (Origin city).   Once you land in Denver at the Denver International Airport please call dispatch at 303-741-LIMO (5466) option 1.
